Update Alexa Skill „APL Doktor“ / „APL Doctor“

Mit der Einführung von „APL 1.6“ und der Definition von zusätzlichen Geräteprofilen war es überfällig, den Alexa Skill „APL Doktor“ / „APL Doctor“ zu aktualisieren.
